Ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.

Before you write

Most of our apps keep your information only on your iPhone, where you control it: deleting the app deletes it. Each app’s privacy policy lists anything that leaves your phone, and who receives it.

This form is for information that reaches us or the companies that process it for us, for example messages you’ve sent us, or data an app’s privacy policy says it sends.

What happens next

  • We’ll confirm we received your request and may ask you to confirm it’s really you, so we never hand someone else’s information to the wrong person.
  • We’ll answer within 45 days. If we need longer, we’ll tell you why.
  • We won’t treat you differently for making a request.
