About Brick Ledger
Is Brick Ledger made by the LEGO Group?
No. Brick Ledger is an independent app by koykstudio. It works with LEGO® sets, but it is not affiliated with, sponsored, authorized or endorsed by the LEGO Group.
How does scanning a box work?
Point the camera at the set number printed on the box and tap the matching set. The text is read on your iPhone. Box barcodes don't contain the set number, but once you confirm which set a barcode belongs to, Brick Ledger remembers it for next time. The camera is optional: typing the number always works.
Where does the set information come from?
Set numbers, names, themes, years, piece counts and minifigures come from Rebrickable's published catalog, which is built into the app and refreshed with app updates. Set pictures are loaded from Rebrickable the first time you see them and then kept on your iPhone.
Does Brick Ledger show market prices?
No. We don't have a price source we trust, so we don't guess. You can enter what you paid and your own estimate of what a set is worth today, and the app totals both for your collection.
Can I bring my collection from another app or site?
Yes. In Settings, choose Import from a CSV file. Brick Ledger reads its own export, or a set list exported from Rebrickable or Brickset, as long as the file has a column named “Set number” or “Number”. Sets already in your collection are skipped.
Where is my collection stored?
Only on your iPhone. There's no account and nothing is uploaded. To keep a copy or move to a new phone, use Export collection (CSV) in Settings.
Purchases and your data
How do I cancel a subscription?
Apple manages subscriptions. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Choose the app and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
I paid, but the app doesn’t show my purchase.
Use Restore Purchases in the app, signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy. If it still doesn’t appear, write to us with the date of the purchase (never send card details).
How do I get a refund?
Apple handles all payments, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can’t issue refunds ourselves, but we’re happy to help if something isn’t working.
How do I delete my data?
Deleting the app removes what it stores on your iPhone. The privacy policy explains anything that leaves your phone; for a request about that, use our data request page.
