Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of Brick Ledger (“the app”), published by koykstudio (“we”, “us”).
Your license
The app is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”). These terms add to the Standard EULA; if they conflict, the Standard EULA applies.
Purchases and subscriptions
- Any purchases are billed by Apple to your Apple Account, at the price shown in the app before you confirm.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel them in Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused part ends when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Using the app
- Use the app lawfully and don’t try to break, copy or resell it.
- Content you create in the app is yours.
- Features may change as we improve the app.
No warranty beyond the law
We work hard to make the app reliable, but it is provided “as is”. Our responsibility to you is limited as set out in the Standard EULA and to the extent the law allows.
Trademarks
- LEGO is a trademark of the LEGO Group, which does not sponsor, authorize or endorse this app.
- Rebrickable and Brickset are the names of independent websites, used here only to describe data sources and file formats. Brick Ledger is not affiliated with either.
- iPhone is a trademark of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries.
